We have a rich resource of images from around the world. These have been captured and created using various media, and include photos taken by people such as the late Roy Spraggett. These images exist as slides, Kodak PhotoCDs, prints, maps and in various other digital formats. We are now attempting to organise and catalogue these assets under a single program, Extensis Portfolio. This will enable us to easily search this vast resource, manage the rights of photos more effectively, and share this resource with others (initially around the office, then possibly over the Internet).

In order to complete this task we have purchased an eMac to store the images. This machine is equipped with a 160 Gb hardrive, 512 Mb of RAM and an 8x DVD burner. A Minolta Dimage Scan Elite II was also purchased to digitise the vast array of slides and negatives Wellspring has gathered from various parts of WEC International.
